Safe Space Support Line (Previously called Haven) offers mental health support to people aged 17 and over in North Lincolnshire seven days a week.
If you are struggling and need support call us any evening, including bank holidays, on our late night support line from 4 pm until midnight on 01724 279 500.
If we don't answer, please leave a message and one of the trained staff members will call you back as soon as possible.
Trained support workers can support anyone aged 17 years and over to manage thoughts of self-harm, low mood, and anxiety.

We are here to help you in your recovery journey and whenever you need mental health support. We believe that everyone should have access to good mental health support whenever they need it. Here at North Lincolnshire Mind, we have created a safe and supportive environment where we provide a variety of services from 1 to 1 Confidential Listening service to recovery-focused groups and social support sessions.
