NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies

The NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies Service - formerly known as IAPT - provides evidence-based psychological therapies to adults who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress.  Adults wishing to access the service must be registered with a Scunthorpe / North Lincolnshire GP service.

The North Lincs team is made up of psychological wellbeing practitioners and cognitive behavioural therapists. The team can offer a range of different talking therapies to support you in managing your mental health and improving your wellbeing.

To access the North Lincs Talking Therapies service, you must be registered to a North Lincolnshire GP surgery.


You can self-refer to our service via our online referral form or by contacting NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies on 03000 216 165. You will then be contacted by our team. Please note, we are not a walk in service.
