NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies

Struggling with low mood? Feeling tearful? Worrying more often than not? Experiencing panic or low self-esteem? NHS North Lincolnshire Talking Therapies can help.

Offering one to one talking therapies or group sessions, the service can support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Appointments are available either face to face, over the phone, via video call or through app-based text messaging. You can sign up for support at rdash.nhs.uk/services/nhs-talking-therapies or call North Lincs Talking Therapies on 03000 216 165. You can also ask your GP to refer you. Please note, we are not a walk-in service.

The North Lincs Talking Therapies service - formerly known as IAPT - provides evidence-based psychological therapies to adults who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress.  

The team is made up of psychological wellbeing practitioners and cognitive behavioural therapists, offering a range of different talking therapies to support you in managing your mental health and improving your wellbeing.

To access the North Lincs Talking Therapies service, you must be registered to a North Lincolnshire GP surgery.
