Confidential Listening service

Confidential Listening service is a 1 to 1 service for people who struggle with mild to moderate and more common mental health issues like depression and anxiety. This gives you the chance to speak to one of the teams in confidence, discuss any issues you may have, and explore effective ways of coping.

Haven is a crisis prevention service for people 16 years and over. Trained support workers can support people to manage thoughts of self-harm, low mood, and anxiety, to help prevent them from reaching crisis point. Haven is operating every day from 4 pm until midnight. To access Haven service please call 01724 279500, leave a message and one of the trained staff members will call you back.
