Do you know how to support your health and wellbeing to reduce your risk of falling?

North Lincolnshire Council, NHS and local partner organisations are supporting Falls Prevention Week 2026 (21 to 27 September) with the Strong Today, Steady Tomorrow campaign once again, encouraging you to stay active and maintain strength, balance and mobility throughout your life.

If you exercise regularly in your 20s, 30s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s and make simple lifestyle changes you can remain independent, confident and healthy for longer, while reducing your risk of experiencing a fall in later life.
